It makes sense to contact the course instructor directly during the Master's degree programme and to seek a personal discussion.
Checklist for preparing, writing and submitting Master's theses:
- Clarify whether the desired topic falls within the field of statistics.
- Does the desired topic coincide with the field of interest and research of the desired supervisor?
- Contacting the desired supervisor in person
- Discussing the further procedure with the supervisor
- Submitting and registering the topic of the Master's thesis
- Writing and working on the Master's thesis
- Finalising and submitting the Master's thesis
